LAKE ERIE GALA 2009 ITINERARY

MONDAY / NOV. 16TH

Registration - One of the great things about Lake Erie Gala is you
can improvise! For our early arrivals, Gala Registration will open from
3:00 to 5:00 PM.

Itinerary - Two Spas are located near by along with lots of trans-friendly
shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant and evening clubbing
are not included in any Gala package.

Coffee will be available in the Registration Office


TUESDAY / NOV. 17TH

Registration - Gala Registration will open from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.

Itinerary - Early arrivals can spend the day shopping at the many
trans-friendly stores located a short drive from the hotel or treating
themselves to a pampered day at a spa. Dinner at a local restaurant and
evening clubbing are not included in any Gala package.

Coffee will be available in the Registration Office


WEDNESDAY / NOV. 18TH

Registration - Lake Erie Gala Officially begins today with registration open from
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

A day of shopping,sightseeing, and visiting with old and new friends will surely make dinner
a necessity before an evening in the hotel lounge or dancing at one of the
local trans-friendly clubs.

7PM Dinner at a local restruant


Coffee and snacks will be available in the Registration Office


THURSDAY / NOV. 19TH

Registration - The Lake Erie Gala
Registration will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Itinerary -
AM Continental breakfast
10AM Bus Tour
12 Noon Lunch at
2PM Bus Tour
3PM Return from Bus Tour
6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Dinner at the Hotel


Vendors - The vendor room will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Coffee and snacks will be available in the Registration Office



FRIDAY / NOV. 20TH

Registration - Registration will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Itinerary -

10AM Bus Tour to
12 Noon Bus Tour Lunch at
2PM Bus Tour
3PM Return from Bus Tour
6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Dinner at the Hotel


Afterwards we'll head out clubbing or stay at the hotel for fun.

SATURDAY / NOV. 21ST

Registration - Registration will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Itinerary -

12 Noon Lunch at Hotel
1PM - 4PM Glamour Fair with Vendors at the Hotel
6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Dinner at the Hotel
9PM Formal Ball

SUNDAY / NOV. 22ND

9AM - 12 Noon Farewell Brunch
(Feminine dress optional).
Several girls last year came dressed in female attire, most didn't. It's time
for fond farewell hugs, e-mail exchanges and saying bye to great new girlfriends.
