2010 ITINERARY
Friday Evening, Dinner at the Hotel 2009

MONDAY /
NOV. 15TH
Registration - One of the great things about Lake Erie Gala is you
can improvise! For our early arrivals, Gala Registration will open from
3:00 to 5:00 PM.
Itinerary - Two Spas are located near by along with lots of trans-friendly
shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant and evening clubbing
are not included in any Gala package.
Coffee will be available in the Registration Office
TUESDAY /
NOV. 16TH
Registration - Gala Registration will open from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
Itinerary - Early arrivals can spend the day shopping at the many
trans-friendly stores located a short drive from the hotel or treating
themselves to a pampered day at a spa. Dinner at a local restaurant and
evening clubbing are not included in any Gala package.
Coffee will be available in the Registration Office
WEDNESDAY /
NOV. 17TH
Registration - Lake Erie Gala Officially begins today with registration open from
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
A day of shopping,sightseeing, and visiting with old and new friends will surely make dinner
a necessity before an evening in the hotel lounge or dancing at one of the
local trans-friendly clubs.

4PM Registration- Free Time - First Timers Meeting

7 - 8PM Dinner at Molly Brannigan's
9PM Casino Night at the Avalon Hotel
(benifiting The Erie Sisters Scholarship Program)
Coffee and snacks will be available in the Registration Office
THURSDAY / NOV.
18TH
Registration - The Lake Erie Gala
Registration will be open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Itinerary -

10AM Bus Tour leaves for Ferrante Vineyard
12 Noon Lunch at the Ferrante Vineyard Restaurant
1:30 PM Bus Tour of South River Vineyard
3PM Return from Bus Tour
4PM First Timers Meeting
5PM Registration Closes
6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Dinner at the Hotel (Theme Country Western BBQ)
9PM
Afterwards - head out for night on the town or stay at the hotel and enjoy a drink in the lounge
Vendors - The vendor room will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Next to Registration area on 2nd floor
Coffee and snacks will be available in the Registration Office- Hospitality Room
FRIDAY / NOV. 19TH
Registration - Registration will be open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

3PM Bus tour Of Romalos Chocolate
4PM Return from Bus Tour, First Timers Meeting
5PM Registration Closes
6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Dinner at the Hotel (Theme -Hawaiian Luau)
8:30 PM Dueling Pianos Interacative Comedy
10:30 Pm Live Performance of Trans Send (Transgendered band)
11:15 Pamula Ann to perform
Afterwards we'll head out clubbing or stay at the hotel for fun.

SATURDAY / NOV. 20th

6PM Cash Bar Cocktail Hour
7PM Gala Dinner Sit Down at the Hotel
8PM Surveys
9PM - Midnight Gala 11th Anniversary Glitter Ball with DJ and Dancing

SUNDAY / NOV. 21st
9AM - 12 Noon Farewell Brunch
(Feminine dress optional).
Several girls last year came dressed in female attire, most didn't. It's time
for fond farewell hugs, e-mail exchanges and saying bye to great new girlfriends.
